Space owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. BuzSpace does not verify or guarantee the availability, condition, or legality of listed spaces.

5. Transactions

Any agreements between space owners and seekers are solely between those parties. BuzSpace is not responsible for disputes, payments, or fulfillment.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not post: illegal content, misleading information, spam, or content that infringes on others' rights.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuzSpace is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform or transactions between users.
